Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to everyone accepted onto the Mean Peach affiliate programme. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Mean Peach" means Mean Peach Supps Ltd. "You" means the affiliate.

1. Joining the programme

1. You apply through the form at meanpeach.co.uk/pages/affiliates. There is no minimum follower count.
2. We review every application and decide who to accept. We do not have to give a reason if we decline.
3. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK to join.
4. By ticking the box on the application form and applying, you agree to these terms. Using your code also confirms you accept them. Your place on the programme starts when we email you your code and confirm you are accepted.

2. Your code

1. We give you a personal discount code. It gives your followers 20% off their order at meanpeach.co.uk.
2. Each customer can use your code once.
3. Your code cannot be combined with any other Mean Peach discount, including our welcome offer.
4. Your code only works on meanpeach.co.uk. It does not apply on Amazon, at events, or on trade or wholesale orders.
5. You must not:
   • post your code on voucher, coupon or cashback sites
   • bid on "Mean Peach" or similar terms in paid search ads
   • use your own code on your own orders
   • share your code through spam, bought followers or fake accounts
6. We can change or withdraw a code at any time. If we do, we will tell you and, where it makes sense, give you a new one.

3. Commission

1. We pay you £5 for each qualifying order placed with your code.
2. An order qualifies when:
   • it is paid for and dispatched
   • it has not been cancelled, refunded or returned within 14 days of delivery
   • it was not placed by you, or by someone we reasonably believe was placing it on your behalf
3. Commission is a flat £5 per qualifying order, whatever the order value.
4. If an order is refunded or returned after we have paid commission on it, we can take that £5 off your next payment.
5. We track orders through our Shopify store. Our records decide which orders qualify.

4. Payment

1. We pay commission on the first Friday of each month, by bank transfer.
2. Each payment covers orders that qualified during the previous calendar month. Because of the 14-day returns window, an order placed late in a month may be paid the month after.
3. There is no minimum payout.
4. You must give us correct bank details. We are not responsible for payments delayed or lost because of wrong details.
5. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax or National Insurance due on your commission. We do not deduct tax.

5. Your content

You create your own content and we do not approve it before you post. These rules still apply to everything you post with your code.

Label it as an ad. UK advertising rules treat affiliate posts as adverts. Every post, story, reel or video that includes your code or link must be clearly labelled "#ad" or "Ad" at the start, where people see it before they engage. "#affiliate", "#sp" or a label hidden among other hashtags is not enough.

Only make approved health claims. Creatine is a food supplement and only certain claims are legally allowed. You may say:

• Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.
• Daily creatine can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over 55.

You must not say or suggest that Mean Peach:

• helps with weight loss, toning or fat burning
• prevents, treats or cures any illness or condition
• builds muscle on its own, or gives results without training
• is safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding

You can talk about the taste, how you use it and how you feel about it, as long as it is honest and your own experience.

Keep it honest and appropriate. No edited or misleading before-and-after content. Nothing aimed at under-18s. Nothing offensive, discriminatory or that breaks the platform's own rules.

Our right to step in. If we think any content is unsuitable or breaks these terms, we can ask you to edit or remove it, stop reposting or tagging you, and end your place on the programme.

6. Using our brand, and your content

1. You may use the Mean Peach name, logo and product images we supply, only to promote your code and only while you are on the programme.
2. You must not change our logo, create accounts or pages that look like official Mean Peach channels, or suggest you speak for Mean Peach.
3. You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us permission to repost, share and feature content where you tag Mean Peach, on our social channels, website and emails, with credit to you. We will not use it in paid ads without asking you first.
4. When you leave the programme, you must stop using our logo and images. Content you posted before you left can stay up, but your code will stop working.

7. Ending the agreement and general terms

1. Leaving. You can leave the programme at any time by emailing sales@meanpeach.co.uk. We can end your place with 14 days' notice for any reason.
2. Ending straight away. We can end your place immediately if you break these terms, misuse your code, or post content that we reasonably believe could damage the Mean Peach brand.
3. Final payment. When you leave, we pay commission on orders that qualified before your code was switched off. If you are removed for breaking these terms or for fraud, we do not have to pay commission on orders linked to that breach, and we can recover commission already paid on them.
4. Independence. You are an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent or partner of Mean Peach. You cannot make promises or agreements on our behalf.
5. Your data. We use your name, contact details, address and social handles to run the programme and pay you. We handle your data in line with our privacy policy at meanpeach.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.
6. Liability. We are not liable for any indirect losses, or for lost earnings if the programme changes or ends. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes. We may update these terms, including the commission rate. We will email you at least 14 days before any change takes effect. If you keep using your code after that, you accept the new terms.
8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
