Returns & Refund Policy

At Mean Peach, we provide high-quality supplements for women who train. Because our Mean Peach Creatine is a food supplement intended for internal consumption, our policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel

In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your tub. However, this legal right is subject to the following strict conditions:

Unopened Condition: The product must be in its original, pristine condition
Hygiene Seal: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds if the inner or outer tamper-evident seal has been broken. Once the seal is popped, the sale is final.

Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the unopened tub to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We strictly do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Any tub where the hygiene seal has been tampered with or removed.

Any product that has been opened or partially used.

Requests made outside of the 14-day cancellation window.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your Mean Peach Creatine arrives damaged or does not match the description provided at meanpeach.co.uk, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

Notification: You must email hello@meanpeach.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Inspection: Damage to the outer courier packaging that does not compromise the tub's seal does not qualify for a refund.

4. Processing Your Refund

Once your unopened return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
