Shipping & Delivery 

We know you're ready to get Mean, so we don't mess around with slow couriers. Our shipping is handled via Amazon’s logistics network to ensure your order arrives faster than your next leg day.

1. Shipping Rates & Speeds

We offer two straightforward tiers of delivery to Mainland UK addresses:

I NEED IT NOW	£5.99	1 Working Day

 

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your Mean Peach order is on the move, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Because we use Amazon’s delivery network, you’ll get real-time updates so you can be ready for that first scoop.

 

4. Delivery Restrictions

Mainland UK Only: Currently, we only ship to Mainland UK addresses.

PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.

Incomplete Addresses: Please double-check your delivery details. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

While Amazon is incredibly reliable, occasionally things go "soft." If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please wait 24 hours before contacting hello@meanpeach.co.uk
